Empire State Realty Trust

We’ve worked with ESRT for over 10 years, providing ongoing MEP engineering services in the landmarked Empire State Building. We were part of a specialized team restoring the building’s iconic lobby and contiguous public and retail spaces.

Other design projects to date include: State Grill and Bar (MEP/FP design for a new 100-seat white-tablecloth restaurant on the lobby level of the Empire State Building with private dining below), a tenant fitness center (MEP/FP design at the concourse level), and many energy and infrastructure projects.
