Neighboring the Four Seasons Hotel, the landmarked Fuller Building anchors the corner of 57th Street and Madison Avenue.
It houses galleries, showrooms, and executive offices for luxury retail and apparel companies.
We designed and oversaw many tenant installations and upgraded the infrastructure in this landmarked Vornado building, with a focus on improving energy performance.
