Senior Associate, Senior Mechanical Engineer
Kevin Kemp has over 40 years of HVAC design experience in commercial and institutional facilities. This experience encompasses both new systems and existing system improvements. In addition to design layout work, Mr. Kemp is expert in performing condition surveys and providing technical assistance during construction, including preparation of comprehensive punch lists. He has been Project Manager for the Vornado Realty Trust building portfolio—which encompasses nearly 20M SF of New York City commercial property— for the greater part of 20 years.
