A New York institution, the original Ziegfeld Theater opened in 1927 and was torn down in 1966. A new theater was built just a few hundred feet away finding new life today as an event space.

Located at 141 West 54th Street, the second Ziegfeld Theater was one of the last large-scale, single-screen movie palaces built in the United States.

The theater underwent a major renovation and was re-opened as a luxury event space called the Ziegfeld Ballroom. We designed new MEP systems for the conversion.
