Columbia University

Columbia, originally established in 1754, contains the oldest college in the state of New York and is the fifth chartered institution of higher learning in the United States.

We redesigned some of the infrastructure and worked on buildings like the new School of Journalism and Low Library, as well as computer modeling the chilled water system and designing a new fire suppression loop. GOCO is currently developing a Strategic Electrification Master Plan for Columbia’s Residential and Undergraduate Housing Portfolio.
