Home to CBS and across the street from the Ed Sullivan Theater, this 42-story, 626,000-square foot tower was first developed in 1968 by the Ruben Organization.
The building is now under management by Rockpoint. We designed many tenant installations and upgraded the infrastructure over the course of multiple projects at the 1700 Broadway location, starting in the 1980s.
