MEP/FP design for the upgrade and expansion of the existing Emergency Trauma Department (ETD) which, together with the construction of a new “infill” building between existing campus buildings, will total 64,000 SF. The expanded ETD will extend into the second level of the new three story building. The lower level will house medical offices and the top floor will be prepared for five future operating room, including two hybrid. The new Emergency Trauma Department will have its own air handlers, chiller, and electrical distribution system.
