We have worked with Vornado Realty Trust (and its predecessor company, the Mendik Organization), for over 35 years.

Vornado owns more than 20 million square feet of commercial property in New York City, most of which our firm has worked on.

Our work with Vornado consists of both infrastructure and tenant improvement engineering. Vornado is also a national leader in energy efficiency. Their sustainability team has spear-headed a multi-pronged effort to reduce energy consumption throughout their portfolio while improving tenant comfort. They have won many awards and honors including Energy Star Partner of the Year in 2013 and 2014 and are currently in the process of achieving LEED certification for most of their larger buildings in New York City.
