One Grand Central Place is an architectural gem rising 55 stories directly across the street from Grand Central Terminal.

This 1930 landmarked building, formerly known as the Lincoln Building, has been undergoing renovation since 2005. We worked on the upgrade and fit-out of approximately 625,000 SF to date.

Our other work has included the design of a 2,000-ton cooling tower for the lower house, design of 1,000-ton cooling tower for the upper house, and electrical distribution upgrade to convert the DC elevators to state-of-the-art AC solid state drives.
